There are lots of metrics to track and it can get complicated, so I marry up different aspects into this one simple KPI - Market share movement, a result of moat direction, pricing power, cost advantage, driving FCF per share growth, and higher ROIC spread. We will see in the long-run if it truly works, but in the mean time I'll keep refining and adapting for different company and industry.
